The Exnihilo International residency will be located on beautiful Long Island, one of the small, more remote islands of The Bahamas. Long Island is about 165 miles or 265 kilometres southeast of Nassau and is bisected by the Tropic of Cancer.  The residency will be located just 10 miles south of Clarence Town, the capital which is one of the two ports on Long Island.

When completed, our retreat center will face the Atlantic ocean, the sunrise and beautiful turquoise water.
